Chiffchaff in the garden today - feeding on the rambler rose on the south facing house wall where it was warm and sheltered. Not sure how much he found to eat though.
Incidentally we have not had overwintering Chiffchaffs around the garden this year or last year, whereas they were regular from 2003 - 2010.
