Drive out to Stack Rocks had 300+ Golden Plover in the short grass fields on the left and no birds on the Stack, can't blame them really as it was freezing out there in the wind.
Back to Pembroke upper pond and the flock of 148 black-tailed Godwits still there, one with colour rings but it wouldn't lift its leg out of the water or from under it's feather whilst it was sleeping.
the cold weather is keeping the tit flocks together with a mixed flock at Pwllcrochan containg Blue tit, Coal tit, 10 Long Tailed tit, Goldcrest and two Treecreepers.
