Newport Garganey

Lovely to see a Garganey in the north of the county.

After enjoying close views of the detailed vermiculations on this handsome bird we went on to Ceibwr bay. Here there had been a fall of Chiffs and six were fly catching around the stream.

Also a Sand Martin over the beach and a couple of Pied Wagtails, one with a ring.
