Another very cold day on Skomer, especially in the wind, plus first visitors of year. Unfortunately the puffins did a no show in North Haven in the afternoon, which was particularly disappointing after such an impressive show yesterday evening. There was a male Ring Ouzel again around the central fields and sightings of Merlins, Kestrels and Peregrines throughout. Today also saw the first Little Owl sighting of the year.
