A very enjoyable walk late morning from Porth Clais to Treginnis along the coast path produced 11 Wheatear and 3 Chiffchaffs.Six Med Gulls(2 adults, 2 3cy and 2 2 cy) were a pleasant surprise at Lower Treginnis feeding in a recently ploughed field with c200 large gulls.A quick stop at Newgale on the way home where 3 Great Northern and 4 Red-throated Divers showed reasonably well towards high tide.
