Whilst trying to film porpoises (unsuccesfully) at Strumble from the car park this afternoon about four o' clock, I noticed to my surprise, a small hirundine flip in off the sea, skirt over the lookout and then flip back along the coast eastwards following the contours. Early yes, if early, yes, should have been a Sand Martin. Yes... but it was very distinctly not , no, it was a House Martin, clearly dark black/blue with a very obvious white rump!
