Gann

Murky visit to the Gann was rewarded with my first sighting for ages of the Long-billed dowitcher, very poor vis but hints of summer plumage seem to be appearing. Viewed from across the pools (feeding on the southerly point of the big island with 2 redshank) and later from road side (feeding on the NW area of the island with 1 redshank). 19 Brent, 5 pairs shelduck, 2 white wagtails and a lone swallow.
