Ring Ouzels and a Black Redstart - St Davids Head

Two males were at the east end of Carn Llidi by the footpath this morning and at least one was still there on my way back through at 12.10. A female Black Redstart was at the old coastguard lookout but could be quite elusive. Around 25 Wheatears and 4 Chiffchaffs were spread out around the head. A Black-throated Diver in summer plumage was off Whitesands this afternoon coping well in the choppy waters (Paul G and Mike YP).
