A trip to Ireland on the Stena Europe was a bit choppier than expected on our return today so I amused myself trying to get pic's of passing sea birds. I was hoping for a mid channel swallow to be honest but the manxies seemed to have arrived in numbers overnight as had the puffins . Both these were taken off Strumble. The Purple Sandpiper and Shag, off the outer breakwater of Fishguard Harbour this afternoon. I know they are not up to the standards of our resident photographic geniouses but they are record shots and included as such, to illustrate the day!
