Radford Pill

This evening the solitary Green Sandpiper was again in the shallow part of the head of Radford Pill for over an hour (it was seen in the same place yesterday too). Out on the estuary amongst the numerous Teal, Shelduck, Mallard, Gulls and Redshank were 7 Curlew (very vocal), 4 Little Egret, 2 Greenshank and 3 Snipe were flushed from marshland.
