Brian Southern has just 'phoned me to relay an entry in the logbook at Marloes Mere today (7.15pm) containing the following: Bee-eater, Pectoral Sandpiper, Garganey, 2 Marsh Harriers and a Hen Harrier. Either someone has lucked in big style, got carried away, or is having a bit of fun.....I would love to be proved wrong but I suspect one of the latter!
