A Lesser Whitethroat was a pleasant surprise along with my first Spotted Flycatcher of the year. A singing Reed Warbler at Trefeiddan was unusual, and for those interested in odonata my first male Hairy Dragonfly of the year with 10 Four-spotted Chasers and around the same number of Azure Damsels.
