Stackpole/Bosherston

A flock of 33 whimbrel dropped into the dune grassland at the western end of Stackpole Warren, near the lower end of the Lake. One reed warbler was singing in the reeds, but the reedbed has been so battered by the elements it does not look suitable for nesting. The swans have used the debris to build an impressive nesting platform in the middle.
