The Highlight at the Gann this evening, was the struggle this Cormorant was having to get to grips with a slippery Eel. After 4+ minutes of thrashing on the surface & much diving, it ffinally managed to gulp it down. I`m sure I heard it belch! 1 Sandwich Tern over the lagoon, rapidly filling up on the incoming tide.
