Loads (technical term?) of Linnet fledglings. At least one family of Stonechats have also fledged from the garden; a very young Wheatear also seen this evening. Frequent visits by single and groups of Swifts over recent days.

54 Storm Petrels ringed in a 3 hour session last night. We missed many more which swerved away or bounced out of the net like Wimbledon! A calm night: as well as the background noise of Manxies and, earlier on, Razorbills and Guillemots, we could hear the Stormies chittering away on the water just below us. Huge thanks to Steve Sutcliffe for setting this all up.
