A falling tide on the samphire covered mud - a flock of 12 Sanderlings & 5 Dunlin, a Greenshank, a Redshank, the Oystercatchers down to a more normal 16. Just 1 Curlew (but 25 on the roost). 2 Med Gulls - an ad & a 2nd W.
To change the subject - if seems to have been an amazing breeding year for Swallows & House Sparrows.
