An early seawatch saw 1 bonxie, 2 x Juv / 1stW Med gulls, 6 whimbrel and 55 black headed gulls all heading south. Then the rain set in and the visibility went to pot for the rest of the day. A flock of 30 chough present today (and most of the month). Amy had our first spotted flycatcher of the autumn yesterday. Raven numbers are building as we approach seal pupping and there were 88 GBB gulls in the northern fields today.
