Hooded crow at the Gann this evening, also a Ruff, Black-tailed godwit and a redshank. The only small waders were 3 Ring Plovers. 2 Little grebe, 3 Little egrets (juvs?), couple of wheatear. c80 Oystercatchers had just settled on one of the islands when a big peregrine came through. Marloes Mere: very quiet, nothing out from Britton Hide apart from a pair of Sparrowhawks. Oriole Hide: 2 Green Sandpipers. Back to the Gann at last light/high tide: The godwit was roosting with the oystercatchers and a ringed plover was picking at sand flies.
