By the boatclub 8 Sanderlings, c25 ea Dunlin & Ringed Plover & 2 Knots. At the bridge a Common Sandpiper & the injured Redshank.
A disturbance upstream turned out to be a seal partially stranded by the low tide having to scrabble its way back to the sea through water mostly too shallow to swim.
A colour ringed juv Herring Gull is from NE Scotland. More details when they arrive.
