How's this for efficiency. 2nd W Med Gull, Red H62N, at Newport this morning, has already been reported back on.
It was ringed as a pullus in Hungary in June 12. In Dec 12 it was in Agadir, Morocco, then at Newport today as part of a huge influx of Black Headeds which also contained more Meds - another 2nd W, a 1st w & 2 Ads.
Most of our Med sightings are from colonies on the S of the North Sea from N France to Germany. This is only the 2nd Hungarian bird I've seen since 07.
