Llys-y-fran: 6 Greylags and a canada goose hybrid among the 350 Canadas. 7-9 GC grebe, 6 Little grebe, 22 mallard. Rosebush: 11 Tufted duck, 9 Teal, 1 Goldeneye, 5 Little grebe. Quick look around Ty Rhyg: Willow tits and flock of 20 raven over head. Many LBB gulls in rain-softened fields at Llys-y-fran and Rosebush. A Little grebe surfaced a little too close to a LBB gull at Rosebush and almost paid the price, just managing to dive as the gull lunged and upended, the gull seemed encouraged and was keeping close tabs on the grebe!
