A light movement of Chaffinches (200), Starlings (150) and Skylarks (20) with a couple of Siskins and Redwings. A moulting adult Great Northern Diver, flew over the Headland into Whitesands Bay and at sea there were: 1 Grey Phalarope, 3 Red-throated Divers, 3 Bonxies, and 9 Common Scoter seen in a brief watch amongst lots of Kittiwakes, Auks, Black-headed Gulls etc. A female Merlin was present around the Head and a Water rail below the Youth Hostel.
