It was a very pleasant afternoon and although the chaffinches and blackbird numbers of last week were absent there were around 30 swallows feeding over the marsh near Penally and generally heading steadily southwards - so summer has not quite gone yet.
A single Kestrel feeding near Giltar - a familiar sight here.
