Message from Robert Johns: 2 Whoopers near St. Nicholas yesterday, still present to 8.30am this morning when the flew off over Pwll Deri towards Strumbe Head. In the field there now a single Pink-footed Goose with 3 Canada Geese. I wonder whether this is the bird seen in recent years at Newport, or a new one?
