There was a Wryneck at Freshwater West at 09:30 this morning. If you drive north from Castlemartin, go past the main Freshwater West car park, go over bridge and the bird was sat in the top of a small elder bush on the right hand side of the road c.100-150 north of the bridge. Given the weather since then, there's no reason why the bird shouldn't still be in the general area.
