From John Ramm - On a perfect December morning the view from the jetty in St Dogmaels was
superb. 100+ lapwings, 8 redshanks, a bar tailed godwit and little
egret, together good flocks of dunlin and ringed plovers. Later in the
afternoon, as the tide came in, there were three groups of wigeon. I
counted 85 birds in total.
