There was a kestrel over the A487 Fishguard to St Davids road at GR SM810287; 250+ lapwing over the B4583 Whitesands Beach road, and at Newgale Marsh the second winter ring-billed gull was back, apparently commuting between the beach and the Marsh. There were also c12 canada geese and c30 curlew on and around the Marsh, with many black-headed and other gulls bathing. A number of teal were present, but difficult to see as they were beyond the main area of water in the flooded reeds. I couldn't get out of the car for a better look as the wind was too strong.
