Llys-y-fran Reservoir - top drawer 'gulling'

Very few gulls when Mike Y-P and I arrived at the reservoir just after 3pm, but at 4pm there was a decent arrival and at 4.30pm another huge arrival, mainly from the south, followed by dribs and drabs and finally another decent flock when we packed up finally at 5.15pm.  Highlight was 2 juvenile Kumlien's Gulls, one of which was the un-confirmed bird from last Sunday (proving that there were 3 last Sunday!) and the second bird was last week's darker bird (bird 3) - the one missing was the one whose photo I posted last week (bird 1).  The adult Ring-billed Gull was also seen, although it came in late-ish with the 4.30 arrival, and there were also 2 adult Yellow-legged Gulls and an adult Mediterranean Gull.  Also a single Greylag in with the Canada Geese, 3 Goosander (2 drakes), 2 Goldeneye (1 drake), and 5 Tufted Duck (2 drakes).  (Dave A, Mike Y-P, Richard D, and Chris J).
