Castlemartin Corse

I was on the north side of the Corse when Richard C was on the south - yes the flood water appeared to be up to the 6 metre contour. Very rare for it to be over the north bank of the main river. A lot of displaced reed buntings were mooching about along the N side in the tops of drowned blackthorn bushes, a few meadow pipits, a few snipe, and a water rail. With all the water in a 10 km catchment (stretching back to St Petrox) expected to go out through one 4 ft high culvert it'll be a while till it goes down.
