After seeing Sash's post I decided to pop out and have a look for the Spoonbill. There was no sign on the pools, but I eventually spotted it further up on the marsh, and later on Dave A and I had it from Mullock Bridge, looks likes a 3CY bird (
Surfbirds article). Also on the pools c50 Oystercatchers, 6 Brent, 5 Redshank, 2 Little egrets and a Greenshank.
