Had a look for Merv's Hoodie tonight and surprised to find a pair amongst a flock of 25-30 Carrion crows. Viewed from road to Martins Haven they were in
fields to south opposite entrance to West Hook Farm and moving around, sometimes distant. Lots of St Marks flies around with c20 Wheatear in fields no doubt making the most of the bonanza. Otherwise quiet at Deer Park. Marloes Mere: Drake Tuftie, 4 Gadwall and 3 drake Shovelers and a pair.
