Although returning Common Sandpipers have been on Cardigan Island this week, three this evening were with a Redshank at up river at Jewsons. Black-headed Gulls are now up to c100 around the river, but only c6 juveniles so far. The Curlew count has reached c55, and the main ? Shelduck creche was up to 21 juveniles last night.
