Pretty quiet at the Mere. Green Sandpiper and 2 Lapwing from barb-wire gate. 2 Teal, a Curlew and Ringed Plover from Britton Hide. A Fox from Oriole Hide. Gann: 4 Little Egrets, 2 Young Herons, Juv Peregrine, perhaps a dozen Pied Wagtails (I know Dave would love someone to find a Citrine amongst them one day). A Whimbrel amongst the Curlews had an orange ring on upper right leg, light was failing so no chance to see any other rings etc. And 34 Carrion Crows.
