At Ty Canol campsite this morning a few Chiffchaff's including one singing. Yesterday there were 25 Alba wags (mainly) Pieds in one field and a lot of Pipits about.
At the Iron Bridge there was a Greenshank, one Common Sandpiper, 6 Barwits, 28 Wigeon. A Water Rail was showing well and also a Kingfisher and a Little Egret.
Yesterday up at Carningli Common 150 Golden Plover were flying around - the whoosh of their wings clearly heard on a bright, still day.
