Castlemartin, Stackpole/Bosherston

On the Corse, just 10 shoveler to add to Richard C's list of the other day, plus a little grebe. Shoveler do look spectacular in flight. On Gupton, a scattering of skylarks and a few curlew on the coastal half of the farm, with more small birds near the farm buildings - a flock of 200 linnet feeding on seed heads in the field NE of the buildings (and every so often drinking from the puddles on the track), 60-70 meadow pipits, plus greenfinches, chaffinches, goldfinches, reed buntings, house sparrows and 2 stonechat (plus lots of starlings).

On the Eastern Arm, a kingfisher flew up the lake from the Eight Arch Bridge.
