Sizeable gathering tonight, including good numbers of Lesser Black-backed Gulls mixing with the smaller gulls, but the light conditions were not ideal. Managed to pick out
38 Mediterranean Gulls (31 adults, 2 2CY, 5 1CY) but gulls were still arriving when the light beat me.
2 Yellow-legged Gulls (adult & 1CY) in amongst the larger gulls, and a single Great-crested Grebe.
