Terry Gover had a dark phase skua briefly on Newgale campsite early afternoon. It was tired and a bit dishevelled, and soon flapped lazily inland over the marsh and out of site. From his description it sounds like an Arctic Skua. Given the winds last night, today, and again tonight, might be worth checking some coastal spots tomorrow....
