Ring-billed and Iceland gulls - Llys-y-fran

The Ring-billed gull came in to roost at 4pm, in the stiff wind most of the gulls were tight to Woodstock side. The 1st winter Iceland gull dropped in at 5.45 with main arrival of LBB, it was targeted by a Herring gull and not allowed to settle for long. Slightly smaller roost numbers to previous visit perhaps 1000-1500, mostly LBB, 6 BH gulls, 2 1st winter GBB and 2 adults, perhaps 100 Herring gulls with Common gulls up to 30. The Red Kite was again cruising around the field. c30 Cormorants and pair Goldeneye.
