A trip to The Smalls this afternoon, in pretty adverse conditions at
times, produced 15 Common Scoter, 3 ad. Common Tern and a 1st summer
commic tern, a juv. Mediterranean Gull and a few pufflings out at sea.
In terms of cetaceans, a few Porpoise and some brief dolphin sightings
were the highlights in difficult conditions. Not much in the way of
migrants on the island yet, 3 Dulnin being the days highlights.
