From Ian McKenney - Good views of a Water Rail skirting along the north bank close to the
bridge. For a shy bird it it spent a long time in the open bathing and
preening. Also on view a dozing godwit and a couple of sleeping
goosanders. Oh and a few Canada Geese. Thanks to the kind gent who let
us look through his scope.
