Teifi birding

A look around the estuary at high tide this morning. Curlews now up to 18, and 23 adult Black-headed Gulls, we await the first juveniles. A creche of 7 Shelducklings at the Quay, and 26 adults roosting at The Webley...
Counts of Swans and Geese later, but the Pink-foot and Greylags  were seen yesterday. CES ringing on the Reserve yesterday produced a nice surprise in an adult male and juvenile Willow Tit, though numbers of juveniles of most species remain poor this season.
