A brief look in the rain this evening. Eight Common Sandpipers and a fishing Otter at Jewsons. Three creches of Shelducklings seen and I was surprised when one creche lifted wings and flew !! At least 20 Shelducklings are present, I guess counting now difficult with flying birds.
A nice surprise was the flash of a Redstart along the hedge near The Webley, a migrant or a local movement ....
