Despite it being misty and only 1°c, a Grasshopper Warbler was reeling on the Teifi Marsh shortly after dawn. Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs and Willow Warblers were also singing in the cold.
19° warmer and 13 hours later, another new migrant for the Teifi with a Sandwich Tern first seen out in the bay then on a buoy from the railings.
The female Eider and a Sandwich Tern were in Fishguard Bay again (Chris Jones). A Black Guillemot as also seen there on Friday.
