I guess we are at the maximum this late summer for "our" Teifi geese. A most impressive sight but more interesting where do they wander off to....?
102 Barnacle Geese this morning, following a count (from a photo) of 1069 Canada Geese yesterday.
1-2 Bar-headed Geese and 3-7 Greylag Geese are usually around too. We have a few well known "hybrid markers" in the flock to help track movements.
