Received a text from Brian around 4:45pm saying he`d seen a Hoopoe fly over from the Deer Park to somewhere beyond Lockley Lodge, he waited the 10 minutes or so for me to arrive to make sure it didn`t fly back. We had a good look around the adjacent fields & every one back to Gorse Cotage, to no avail. A quick look around Marloes village lawns produced nothing either, it`s been around for a
few days now, someone has to find it soon!
