Angle

At Kilpaison this morning the bay was full of Wigeon and there was a good count of 49 Brents. The ringed bird noted by Bob a few days ago was still present with the ring readable - right letter U on a white ring, left no. 3 on a red ring. The Whooper was also still present with 7 Mute Swans. Most waders were still in the roost on the far side of the bay - just 4 Redshank, 30 Dunlin and 1 Barwit on the beach.

At Angle Harbour there were 45 Ringed Plover on the shingle spit and in the harbour itself  25 Redshank, 2 Barwits, 5 Curlew, 20 Dunlin and 2 Little Egrets.
