Other news form the north of the county - A male Firecrest was in the willows along the road edge adjacent to Poppit car park. A Chiffchaff was again in willows at the back of Poppit beach.
Around the estuary there was no sign of any change in numbers of waders or ducks with the colder weather. A single Greenshank was with 48 Redshank.
