Another visit with Paul G and joined by Paul M this evening. The roost split with the smaller gulls staying near the dam end and larger gulls eventually settling up by the hide making viewing a bit of a challenge. 4
Yellow-legged gull (3 adult and a 3cy),
8 Mediterranean (7 adult and a 3cy) was a good count for here. Otherwise c2500 LBB gulls, c1000 BH gulls, about 4 GBB and only 2 Common gull. 10 Great crested grebe and 3 Little grebe. Male Goldeneye.
