Morris and I have been chums for the past eighteen years. We have travelled widely together, enjoying the thrill of overseas birding in Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Morocco, Egypt and South Africa.
With his avuncular warm and smiley greeting he had for everybody - he was everybody's friend.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
