Had a brief look for the Rose-coloured Starling in Roch this morning but no joy. Didn't see any Water Pipits at Newgale either - maximum of 10 Rock Pipits. As well as a single Great Northern Diver, there were Common Scoter offshore here in small numbers & perhaps 100 or so off Broad Haven/Little Haven. Highlight at Marloes Mere was a smart drake Pintail showing why he had that name in bright sunlight, and at the Gann there were at least 17 Mediterranean Gulls (15 adults, 1 2CY, 1 3CY), several of the adults had decent hoods developing. Smart gulls! (Dave A & Mike Jessop)
